Velvet Matte Lip Pencil-Cruella 

I was on the prowl for a matte lipstick this afternoon and I ended up with this cruella deville of a color. I wore it this evening and am so in love that I’m going back tomorrow for another color. Ladies, I highly suggest if you’re looking for a color that stains the lip then go with this glorious stick…you’ll see, it does wonders.
